Custom Design Process:
We offer front and back custom designs. Please contact us at 123-456-7890 or email us with details about your design. We will then submit a sample design to you to review. Once the design is approved your order will be placed. We will do up to two revisions after the first sample has been submitted. If more revisions are needed an additional fee may be applied. If the requested design is very complex an additional charge may be added to the original price.

Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your t-shirt due to a defective issue, you will be issued a refund or reprint of the shirt. We only issue refunds or reprints for defective issues. Contact us and we will give you instructions on what to do.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled prior to them being submitted to our print vendor. Orders are typically sent to our print vendor the same day, for a cancellation request has to be submitted the same day. The best way to cancel is to call or text us at 919-452-1557 and let us know the order number. If your order has already been submitted to our print vendor, we may contact them to see if the order can be canceled. If the order can be canceled you will receive a refund or partial refund depending on where it is in the printing process.
